In order to access certain Program benefits and rewards, you will also need to provide us with your birthday. Every time you need to make purchase you must be logged in to our eshop in order to gain access to your membership discounts.

When you sign-up to become a member of the Program, you will receive Heel’s marketing emails containing member-only benefits and offers (including a complimentary birthday gift). If you do not wish to receive these Heel’s marketing emails, you can manage your email preferences online or unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of each HEEL’s marketing emails. If you opt out of receiving Heel’s marketing emails, you will continue to receive Heel’s transactional emails. These are sent a few times a year to notify you of your loyalty membership changes. If you decide to opt-out of the Heel’s Program, you will no longer Heel’s transactional emails.

AnswerThe HEEL Loyalty Program has three tiers – Happy, Lover and Star. For the year in which you enrol in the Program, Tiers are based on your calendar year spend on qualifying products, commencing with the first date after your enrolment on which you make a qualifying purchase using your program membership email and ending on December 31 of that calendar year.

Upon registration, tiers are based on calendar month spend. Your status in a particular tier is good for a whole calendar year (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31) in which you qualify for that tier. You’ll need only to spend enough on eligible purchases to qualify for that tier each year. For example, if you qualify for Tier 2, Lover, during your first month, you’ll maintain your status the whole calendar year. The more you purchase every month, the more covetable privileges you earn and the higher you climb in our three elite tiers. In order to maintain continuously your status for the next calendar year (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31) you will need to to spend enough on eligible purchases the last 90 days to qualify for that tier and for the next year. But, if you spend less than €500 for Tier 2 or €700 for Tier 3 on qualifying purchases during the last 90 days of that calendar year , you’ll drop back down to Tier 1, Happy status in January and start over again.

Eligible purchases include priced merchandise and do not include purchases that contain only Gift Cards, discounts, donations, shipping and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time and certain charitable products where funds are donated to charitable organisations.

Each year on January 1, your HEEL Membership Tier will recalculated based on your spendings.
