Because of customs clearance limitations of the country, shipments can only be made in the following cities: Moscow (including postal codes 140000-144012 in Moscow Oblast), Nizhniy Novgorod (including Nizhegorodskaya Oblast), Krasnodar (including Krsnodar Oblast), Novorossiysk, Sochi, Stavropol (including Stavropol Oblast), St. Petersburg (including the Leningrad oblast), Khabarovsk (including Khabarovsk Oblast), Blagoveschensk and Vladivostok

Cut-off times and dates, and area restrictions may apply. Cut-off times may change during busy periods (see estimated delivery times at checkout). Orders shipments Greece are placed via Geniki Taxydromiki. Tracking your order is possible at the next working day

1. If you have made the order as a registered user:

Login your account, you will find the tracking number in your orders. Click on the number to track it.

2. If you have made the order as a guest:

Please, ask for the tracking number via e-mail, [email protected] and we will send it to you. Don’t forget to mention the order number or the name that the order have been made.

Worldwide orders shipments are placed via UPS.

As soon as the order is shipped an e-mail with the tracking number will be sent to you by UPS.
