    You should have an account at our e-shop so that we can apply the credits equivalent to the garment you return.

    Please, follow the instructions below:

    1. Place the items you wish to return in a box or envelope.

    2. Cut the address snip from exchange form and stick it on the box/envelope to be sent back to our address:

    3. Please, enclose the receipt and the Return Form (if there is one - fill the reason of the return) and send it!

    As soon as we receive your return, equivalent credits will be available at your online account for your next purchase. You will be informed via an e-mail.

    Please, note that the shipping cost of sending the items back to us are charged to the customer. The customer has to hold the tracking number.

    Returns from countries out of European Union will not be acceptable - sorry, this happens only because of custom clearance.
