HEEL ATHENS LAB guarantees that all products manufactured and distributed via our e-shop are in an excellent condition. Although, you can return any item you are not satisfied with, within 14 days of the purchase date. Please take the time to write the reasons of your return, this feedback is very important to us as it helps us to improve our services and products.
Procedure
In order to return an item you should have an e-shop account, so that we can refund you the money in your account balance.
Please, follow the instructions below:
- Place the items you wish to return in a box or large envelope.
- Please, enclose the receipt (if there is one) and send it.

As soon as we receive your return, your online account balance will change and you can use your refund for your next purchase. You will be informed via an e-mail.
Greece
Returns should only be sent via courier service ‘Geniki Taxidromiki’, if you are inside and outside of Athens the time of the return the charge is 3 Euros.
Cyprus & EU
If you are in Cyprus or in any country within the E.U. the company you should return your items with is UPS and the charge is 20 Euros.
If you do not wish to use the recommenced courier company you can choose any Courier company of your preference that provides a door to door service, this is for your best interest and for the safety of the products being returned.
Outside the EU
Returns from countries out of European Union will not be acceptable – sorry, this happens only because of high custom clearances.
Faulty Items
Please, note that the shipping cost of sending the items back to us is free of charge only in the possibility of the item being faulty.
In store Return
You can also visit a HEEL store (Kifisia, Kolonaki, Piraeus, Peristeri, Mykonos, Paros) if it is possible for you and make your change there, don’t forget to take your receipt with you.
