In the case of a return you have the opportunity:
1) Make an exchange with the same or another product in the online or physical store.
(Valid for Greece orders only)
Make your exchange at any HEEL store with the product and proof of purchase.
2)Make a refund and get a credit balance that you can redeem within a year.
To make a return you must have an account in the e-shop so that the value of the product you are returning can be credited. As soon as we receive your package,
the credit balance will be added to your e-shop account and you will be informed about it by e-mail.
(with a fee of 3,50 euros.)
3) Make a refund through our online store. (For purchases through the online store)
In order to return an item you should have an e-shop account, so that we can refund you the money in your account balance.
